   STREETFIGHTING

Learn training methods and techniques for street survival.

All four ranges of combat, as well as range blending, are stressed with a focus on concepts from Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do. Training consists of realistic boxing, kicking, trapping and grappling techniques, while equipment use and sensitivity drills are used extensively to improve students attributes.

 

    STICKFIGHTING

Develop skills necessary for reality combat.

  Concepts and training methods from various systems of Kali, Escrima and Silat are covered in this area. Functionality, coordination development and skill transferability to empty hand combat are all stressed. Research has shown that weapon training improves the attributes of speed, hand-eye coordination, and reaction time.

 

    RINGFIGHTING

Improve your stand-up abilities.

  Specialize in Boxing, American Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or all three! Equipment training, limited and free-sparring, and conditioning drills are utilized to get students competition ready or just to improve your ringfighting skills.

 

HYBRID GRAPPLING

Most streetfights end up on the ground.

        Don't be at a disadvantage because you are lacking in ground defense. The Hybrid Grappling area introduces students to concepts and training methods from Brazilian Jujitsu, Shootfighting, Judo and Hapkido. Learn techniques that work in street situations and in the ring.
